Dr. Nancy Rohland-Heinrich has worked in the education field more than three decades having served in numerous leadership roles at the National University System. Currently, she serves as the Senior Vice President for National University. Under her tenure at the NU System, she has held leadership positions including the Executive Vice President of National University and several Vice Chancellor roles. Her scope of leadership positions includes student services, marketing and communication, K-12 initiatives, enrollment management, community relations, academics, corporate outreach, military affairs, online learning and regional operations. Nancy has remained involved in dozens of civic and non-profit organizations and has served on numerous boards including Classroom of the Future Foundation, Cal-SOAP, USS Midway Museum, San Diego Bowl Committee, Association of Fundraising and Philanthropy, and the San Diego Council on Literacy. Nancy is a graduate of Leadership California as well as LEAD San Diego’s Impact and Influence San Diego programs.
Nancy earned her Ed.D. in educational leadership through a joint doctoral program at UCSD and CSU San Marcos and completed graduate studies in organizational leadership at University of LaVerne. She also holds an MBA from National University, and a bachelor’s degree with majors in social work and sociology graduating magna cum laude from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. Dr. Rohland-Heinrich has dedicated her professional career to encouraging educational opportunities for diverse populations of students with a focus on increasing access to all learners through innovative delivery systems at the K-12, undergraduate and graduate levels.

Matt is a San Diego native and joined CCMI in 2006 as an associate. After 11 years with the firm he completed an internal succession plan and acquired CCMI from its founders upon their retirement in May 2017. He is a 1998 graduate of Francis Parker High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 2002. He completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego in 2006 and earned his official CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in June 2009.
Matt works with new and existing clients facing a wide range of financial concerns. He advises individuals, families, and business owners in the areas of portfolio management, financial planning, tax and estate planning, cash flow modeling, and education planning.
Matt is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors. He is also active in the local San Diego business community through his involvement with multiple organizations. Matt is the President Elect of the Estate Planning Council of San Diego and has been a member of the organization since 2011. He also completed his one year of service-learning as a part of the LEAD San Diego’s “Impact” program in 2013. Matt is a founding board member and past board treasurer of Empower Charter School in Linda Vista, which is a dual-language emersion elementary school that also emphasizes physical fitness and nutrition with the core curriculum. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing volleyball and golf, and relaxing with his wife, Alex. Together, Matt and Alex like to travel, cook, and enjoy time with their daughter Elizabeth and son Jacob.

Susan has more than 20 years of experience serving global real estate funds, real estate private equity funds, public and private REITs, and real estate developers with a focus on delivering quality value-added services.
She assists a variety of organizations with all aspects of tax planning including partnership restructuring, tax considerations for inbound global partners, partner incentive units, various REIT tax matters, foreign partner reporting and complex fund structuring considerations.
Susan is a proven leader who is active in the community and within Deloitte. She has served on local boards for both the local chapter of the national real estate association Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) and Junior Achievement of San Diego and Imperial County. She leads a variety of initiatives within Deloitte including the retention and advancement of woman, tax learning and development and serving as a mentor and counselor to our younger professionals.
For her contributions to her firm, industry and community, Susan was honored with a YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry Award (2012), San Diego Metro Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Award (2013) and San Diego Women Who Mean Business (2016).
