Given the extraordinary circumstances accompanying the COVID-19 pandemic and the immediate need to address the economic inequity in our communities, we have transformed our traditional In-Class, experiential programs to virtual options so that we can still enable students throughout San Diego to find their future success. Our virtual programs include interactive learning and engagement with JA staff, volunteers and mentors from the SD business community.

With this virtual simulation there are 9 required lessons that need to be taught prior to accessing the program that focus on Financial Literacy, Community and Economy and Work and Career Readiness. Through this virtual program there are 5 different jobs to choose from and the ability to take part in all 5 jobs, an option that is not available with the in-person program.
