JA More Than Money Virtual

We are offering a version of our JA More Than Money enrichment curriculum to students between grades 3-6. This curriculum develops financial literacy and entrepreneurship by teaching students the basics of money management and starting a business. 

*recommended for parents

 How to access curriculum:

  • Receive an email containing our Google Classroom content and instructions.
  • Have access to the JA More Than Money curriculum and resources online game and staff contact for any support needs

Time Commitment:

  • 5 sessions (30-45 minutes each)

 Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the role of money in everyday life.
  • Students identify personal skills and interests and connect them to possible business opportunities.
  • Match personal skills with jobs and self-employment.
  • Understand market research.
  • Identify the basic steps for starting and operating a small business.
  • Develop a basic business plan based on their job skills and interests.
